    Standard Delivery

    Free delivery on all orders over $300 and $15.00 on orders under $300 | 5-7 Business Days*

    We are pleased to offer free standard delivery for all Australian orders over $300 and $15.00 for all orders under $300.

    Delivery will be made via Australia Post on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. A signature is required upon delivery, if you are unable to sign for your parcel a calling card will be left at the premises and your parcel will be delivered to your local Australia Post.

    Harrolds cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

    A message regarding Christmas deliveries: To guarantee your Standard Delivery order arrives in time for Christmas, please ensure this is placed by the 10th December 2020. Orders received beyond this date may not arrive in time.

    Express Delivery

    $20.00 | 1 - 3 Business Days*

    Place your order by 2pm (AEST) on any business day and receive your order in 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).

    A signature is required upon delivery, if you are unable to sign for your parcel a calling card will be left at the premises and your parcel will be delivered to your local Australia Post. Harrolds cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

    A message regarding Christmas deliveries: To guarantee your Express Delivery order arrives in time for Christmas, please ensure this is placed by the 15th December 2020. Orders received beyond this date may not arrive in time.

    Track Your Order

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Follow the link in the email or visit the Australia Post website here and enter in the tracking number sent in your order dispatch email to track your delivery.

    It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear once you receive your tracking number email. You will also receive notifications via email or text (if your mobile phone has been provided) from Australia Post with updates on your delivery. 

    Please note that during our sale/promotional events, delivery may be longer than the specified delivery times above.

    Standard Delivery

    Standard delivery orders will be fulfilled from our Australian warehouse and delivered via Australia Post and their international local delivery partners.

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Visit the Australia Post website here and enter in the tracking number sent in your order dispatch email to track your delivery.

    A message regarding Christmas deliveries: To guarantee your Standard Delivery order arrives in time for Christmas, please ensure this is placed by the 24th November 2020. Orders received beyond this date may not arrive in time.

    Express Delivery  

    $35.00 | 3-5 Business Days*

    All express deliveries will be shipped via DHL.

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Visit the DHL website here and enter in the tracking number sent in your order dispatch email to track your delivery.

    A message regarding Christmas deliveries: To guarantee your Express Delivery order arrives in time for Christmas, please ensure this is placed by the 8th December 2020. Orders received beyond this date may not arrive in time.

    *Orders will be dispatched pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock. All prices in our online store are in Australian dollars. The prices within the online store do not include any relevant overseas duties (including import GST/VAT), clearance or handling charges and other customs or import charges that you may incur.

    Any such additional charges will depend on the value of your order and will be on top of the price. You can use the NZ Customs Service online estimator at www.whatsmyduty.org.nz to estimate what, if any, duties you may need to pay.

    To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    Standard Delivery | $30 flat rate for 7-12 business days from date of dispatch

    To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. 

    Standard delivery orders will be shipped via Australia Post and their international local delivery partners. Orders will be fulfilled from our Australian warehouse and delivered via Australia Post and their international local delivery partners. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.   • CLICK & COLLECT

    Free Delivery | 1 - 5 Business Days*

    Our complimentary Click & Collect service is available at all Harrolds stores.

    Simply choose your items and select Click & Collect as your delivery service within checkout then select your preferred pick up store.

    You will receive an email when your order has arrived in store and is ready for collection.

    To collect your order, simply present your receipt or email confirmation in store along with a valid photo ID and the card you purchased with.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to release Click & Collect orders paid for by PayPal or Union Pay to a third party.   We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

    A message regarding Christmas deliveries: To guarantee your Click and Collect order is ready for collection in time for Christmas, please ensure this is placed by Friday 18th December 2020. Orders received beyond this date may not arrive in time.

  • STORE-TO-DOOR

    Please note: we are currently unable to offer our Store-To-Door delivery service.

    If an item you’re looking for is sold out at your preferred store, simply let our team know and they may be able to source the item from our warehouse. Payment will then be processed in store and your purchase delivered to your door.

    This service is available at all Harrolds stores.
