    We are pleased to offer free delivery for all Australian standard delivery orders over the value of $300.

    Delivery will be made via Australia Post on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

    A signature is required upon delivery, if you are unable to sign for your parcel a calling card will be left at the premises and your parcel will be delivered to your local Australia Post.

    We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • AUSTRALIA NEXT BUSINESS DAY / EXPRESS DELIVERY

    $20.00 – 1 - 3 Business Days*

    Order by 2pm (Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time) on any business day and receive your order in 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).

    Next business day delivery is available to customers located in Australian CBD, metro and major regional areas.

    A signature is required upon delivery, if you are unable to sign for your parcel a calling card will be left at the premises and your parcel will be delivered to your local Australia Post.

  • SAME DAY DELIVERY - MELBOURNE METRO*

    $25.00 | Order before 12pm AEST for delivery by 6pm*

    Order selected products by 12pm AEST on any business day and receive your order before 6pm (excluding weekends & public holidays).

    Same day delivery is available for customers located in Melbourne metro areas only.

    Bottom of Form A signature is required upon delivery, if you are unable to sign for your parcel a calling card will be left at the premises and your parcel will be delivered to your local Australia Post.

  • NEW ZEALAND

    $30.00 | 5 - 7 Business Days*

    Orders will be fulfilled from our Australian warehouse and delivered via Australia Post and their international local delivery partners.

    We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

    All prices in our online store are in Australian dollars.

    The prices within the online store do not include any relevant overseas duties (including import GST/VAT), clearance or handling charges and other customs or import charges that you may incur.

    Any such additional charges will depend on the value of your order and will be on top of the price. You can use the NZ Customs Service online estimator at www.whatsmyduty.org.nz to estimate what, if any, duties you may need to pay.

    To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

  • CLICK & COLLECT

    Free Delivery | 1 - 3 Business Days*

    Our complimentary Click & Collect service is available at all Harrolds stores.

    Simply choose your items and select Click & Collect as your delivery service within checkout then select your preferred pick up store.

    You will receive an email when your order has arrived in store and is ready for collection.

    To collect your order, simply present your receipt or email confirmation in store along with a valid photo ID and the card you purchased with.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to release Click & Collect orders paid for by PayPal or Union Pay to a third party.   We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • STORE-TO-DOOR

    Free Delivery | 1 - 3 Business Days*

    If an item you’re looking for is sold out at your preferred store, simply let our team know and they may be able to source the item from our warehouse. Payment will then be processed in store and your purchase delivered to your door.

    This service is available at all Harrolds stores.

    All orders are shipped from our warehouse, please refer above for shipping and delivery information.

  • TRACK YOUR ORDER

    Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

    Follow the link in the email or visit the Australia Post website here and enter in the tracking number sent in your order dispatch email to track your delivery.

    Please note: it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear once you receive your tracking number email.

    You will also receive notifications via email or text (if your mobile phone has been provided) from Australia Post with updates on your delivery.
