    Express Post Delivery

    Complimentary express delivery on all full priced domestic orders over $799AUD I Orders under $799AUD or orders including sale items $20AUD flat rate | 1 - 3 Business Days*

    Place your order by 2pm (AEDT) on any business day and receive your order in 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).

    A signature is required upon delivery, if you are unable to sign for your parcel a calling card will be left at the premises and your parcel will be delivered to your local Australia Post. Harrolds cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

    Same Day Delivery

    $40AUD I Orders must be placed by 12pm AEDT for same day delivery within Melbourne and Sydney Metropolitan.

    We are pleased to offer same day delivery to our clients within Melbourne and Sydney Metropolitan via Zoom2u.

    To be eligible for this service, orders must be placed by 12pm AEDT Monday to Friday. 

    All same day delivery orders will need to be placed via our Customer Care team on 1300 755 103 during business hours. 

    Same day delivery is not available during promotional periods or on sale items.

    Please note, our definition of Melbourne and Sydney metropolitan is at our discretion and will typically include all postcodes from 3000-3060 (Melbourne) and 2000-2060 (Sydney).

    Track Your Order

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Follow the link in the email or visit the Australia Post website here and enter in the tracking number sent in your order dispatch email to track your delivery.

    It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear once you receive your tracking number email. You will also receive notifications via email or text (if your mobile phone has been provided) from Australia Post with updates on your deliver

  • NEW ZEALAND

     

    Express DHL Delivery 3-5 business days from date of dispatch| $25AUD flat rate 

    All express deliveries will be shipped via DHL.

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Visit the DHL website here and enter in the tracking number sent in your order dispatch email to track your delivery.

    *Orders will be dispatched pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock. All prices in our online store are in Australian dollars. The prices within the online store do not include any relevant overseas duties (including import VAT), clearance or handling charges and other customs or import charges that you may incur.

    Any such additional charges will depend on the value of your order and will be on top of the price. You can use the NZ Customs Service online estimator to estimate what, if any, duties you may need to pay.

    To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

    Orders containing fragrance, nail and aerosol products are unable to ship via air. Due to shipping restrictions, these items are not available for international delivery.

    Due to shipping restrictions, orders containing Nike products are not available for international delivery.

  • CLICK & COLLECT

    Free Delivery | Temporarily unavailable

    Our complimentary Click & Collect service is available at all Harrolds stores, between 11am-4pm Monday - Sunday.

    Simply choose your items and select Click & Collect as your delivery service within checkout then select your preferred pick up store.

    You will receive an email when your order has arrived in store and is ready for collection.

    To collect your order, simply present your receipt or email confirmation in store along with a valid photo ID and the card you purchased with.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to release Click & Collect orders paid for by PayPal or Union Pay to a third party. We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • STORE-TO-DOOR

    Please note: we are currently unable to offer our Store-To-Door delivery service.

    If an item you’re looking for is sold out at your preferred store, simply let our team know and they may be able to source the item from our warehouse. Payment will then be processed in store and your purchase delivered to your door.

    This service is available at all Harrolds stores.
