  • 1. GIFT CARDS
    Agreeing to these terms and conditions:
      • The terms and conditions contained in this clause 11 apply to Harrolds physical gift cards purchased from via Harrolds.com.au and in a Harrolds store.
      • You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions in this clause 11 by purchasing, activating, using, or attempting to use a Gift Card or by making a transaction enquiry or exercising any right to redeem value loaded on a Gift Card.
      • By purchasing, activating, using or attempting to use a Gift Card, or by making a transaction enquiry or exercising any right to redeem value loaded on a Gift Card, you warrant that you will comply with these terms and conditions and all applicable laws and that the Gift Card will not be used in any manner that is unlawful, misleading, deceptive, unfair or otherwise harmful to consumers.
      • If you are giving a Gift Card to another person, you should ensure that they are aware of the terms and conditions contained in this clause 11.
    Purchasing a Gift Card
      • A Gift Card can be purchased at any Harrolds store or via Harrolds.com.au.
      • A physical Gift Card purchased via Site will be shipped to your nominated address via Australia Post. Shipping charges will apply.
      • A virtual Gift Card can be purchased via Site and will be emailed directly to the recipient on your nominated date.
      • Amounts shown on a Gift Card are in Australian dollars.
      • The balance limit for Gift Cards are $2,000AUD.
    Redeeming a Gift Card
      • All Gift Cards are redeemable at Harrolds stores and online. Value redeemed is deducted from the balance of the Gift Card.
      • A Gift Card can be partially redeemed, however it is up to the cardholder to use the full value within the validity period of the Gift Card. Any unused balance upon the expiry of a Gift Card will not be refunded or credited after the Gift Card expires.
      • Where the price of the items being purchased with a Gift Card exceeds the remaining balance of the Gift Card, you must pay the amount exceeding the remaining balance of the Gift Card by an alternative payment method, which payment method will be at the discretion of Harrolds.
      • A Gift Card is unable to be redeemed on orders via the Site where payment is made by PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna, Alipay, Zip Pay, WeChat Pay, Apple Pay and UnionPay.
      • Gift Card is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
      • A Gift Card cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
      • A Gift Card will expire 3 years from the date of purchase.
      • Please note, Store Credits can only be redeemed in store.
  • 2. ONLINE VOUCHERS
    Agreeing to these terms and conditions:
      • The terms and conditions contained in this clause 12 apply to Harrolds virtual gift vouchers purchased on the Site (Gift Voucher) prior to 13/12/20221 and Online Vouchers issued by Harrolds.
      • You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions in this clause 12 by purchasing, activating, using, or attempting to use a Online Voucher or by making a transaction enquiry or exercising any right to redeem value loaded on a Online Voucher.
      • By purchasing, activating, using or attempting to use a Online Voucher, or by making a transaction enquiry or exercising any right to redeem value loaded on a Online Voucher, you warrant that you will comply with these terms and conditions and all applicable laws and that the Online Voucher will not be used in any manner that is unlawful, misleading, deceptive, unfair or otherwise harmful to consumers.
      • If you are gifting an Online Voucher to another person, you should ensure that they are aware of the terms and conditions contained in this clause 12.

    • A Gift Voucher purchased prior to 13/12/2022 and all Online Vouchers issued by Harrolds are redeemable on the Site only. Value redeemed is deducted from the balance of the Online Voucher.
    • An Online Voucher can be partially redeemed, however it is up to the voucher holder to use the full value within the validity period of the Online Voucher. Any unused balance upon the expiry of an Online Voucher will not be refunded or credited after the Online Voucher expires.

    Where can I purchase a gift card?

    Harrolds Gift Cards can be purchased and redeemed both online and in-store. We offer both Gift Cards and Virtual Gift Cards.

    If I buy a Harrolds gift card online, when will I receive it?

    Gift Cards purchased online will be shipped via Australia Post Express Shipping to your nominated address. For any last-minute gifting, we recommend a Harrolds Virtual Gift Card.

    How do I make a purchase online with my Gift Card?

    To redeem your Gift Card, proceed to the Payment Method page and select Gift Card. You will be asked to input your gift card number and pin.

    Please note: you must use the full denomination of the gift voucher value first as part value can not be elected during the checkout process. Once the value of your purchase exceeds the value of your gift voucher, a credit or debit card must be applied in order to complete the transaction.

    When will my gift card expire?

    Harrolds Gift Cards are valid for 3 years.

    Can I use Afterpay or Zip Pay to purchase a gift voucher?

    Unfortunately gift vouchers are not available to purchase via Afterpay or Zip Pay.

    Where can I check the balance of my Gift Card?

    You may check the balance of your card via the Gift Card page.

    Can I use my store credit to shop online?

    Store credits may only be redeemed in store. Please reach out to our Customer Care team for further assistance.

    Can I use my online return voucher to shop in the store?
